The staff, especially Loredana at reception, were friendly and made me feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff made delicious hot drinks.

The location was perfect, situated near the vibrant shopping area of the city, and within walking distance of Milan Centrale Station and a metro station. The rooms were snug but beautiful, with spotlessly clean bathrooms that were well-appointed. The breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated the teapot. an excellent hotel.

While the hotel was wonderful overall, I did encounter a few minor drawbacks. the shower in my room didn't seal properly, resulting in water leaking onto the bathroom floor.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, right in the city center and conveniently close to two metro stops. I was able to explore all the shopping areas of Milan easily and even made it to the famous Duomo in just a few stops on the metro. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious fruit salad and a warm atmosphere to start the day.
